Refund policy
We apply a 14‑day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions – items that cannot be returned
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (for example, special orders or personalized items).
Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Sale items and gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and then purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
Legal 14‑day cooling‑off period in the EU
In addition to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
