Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within The Netherlands.

2. Production & Processing Time

Please note that our items are made to order.

Production Time: All orders are processed and produced within [5 to 10] business days.

Shipment: Once production is complete, your order is handed over to PostNL.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimates

We use PostNL for all deliveries. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped as either a Mailbox Package or a Standard Parcel.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a PostNL Track & Trace link.

Note: Even Mailbox Packages include a tracking code so you can see exactly when it has been delivered.

5. Delivery Issues

Standard Parcels: If you are not home for a standard parcel delivery, PostNL may leave the package with a neighbor or take it to a nearby PostNL location (PostNL-punt). Check your Track & Trace link for the exact location.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [Your Email] within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item.

Lost Packages: If the tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check your mailbox and with neighbors first.
